Thank you for considering the Verona Banquet Center for your upcoming event. Your guests are also our guests, and all of us at the Verona Banquet Center look forward to making your event with us a memorable one.Menu Arrangements
All food and beverages are provided by Verona Banquet Center. Exceptions are made for cake, nuts, candy and mints. Our hot buffets are served on glass plates with napkins provided. Hors d’oeuvres are served with paper plates and party picks. Our experienced banquet staff will be happy to assist you with menu selections for your event. Food prices are subject to change; you will be notified of any price changes far in advance. Such changes would be due to a substantial increase in market prices.The final number of guests must be guaranteed for proper billing. We will do everything possible to accommodate last minute guest additions. It is very important that menu arrangements be completed at least 14 days in advance of the event and that the final number of guests attending be confirmed 7 days in advance. This allows us the planning time necessary to make sure your event receives the food and service for which we are renowned. The final bill will reflect the number of guests confirmed in advance plus any late additions accommodated at the event.
Room Set Up And Decorations
Our staff will be happy to arrange and set individual tables per your request. Unless other table cover arrangements are made, tables are covered with white cloth linens. Charges for other table cover optons are reviewed in the "Extras" section of this menuPlease feel free to decorate the room using pins or masking tape to secure decorations, however, we ask that you not use Scotch tape. We also ask that no decorations be taped to the table skirting; instead, please use tacks into the edges of the tables. We ask that you please clean up after decoration has been completed and lastly, no confetti please!
Entertainment
The main hall features a dance floor and can accomodate almost any band or DJ. Booking entertainment for the event and payment arrangements are up to you, but we will be happy to recommend entertainers who have performed here in the past. Music must conclude by 12:00 midnight, and the premises must be vacated by 1:00 a.m.Payment
A bill for payment in full will be presented prior to the end of the event. The bill will include sales tax and a 15% gratuity. Verona Banquet Center accepts pre-approved personal checks, MasterCard & Visa.Rental Arrangement
To reserve the Verona Banquet Center, advance payment of room rental fees is required. This payment is non-refundaable unless the room reservation is cancelled 6 months in advance of the reserved date. An additional security deposit of $100 is al required to hold your reservation. The security deposit will be applied to your final billing at the end of the event, assuming that no damage is done to the Verona Banquet Center or property.
